Note: Coach Amir Abdur-Rahim passed away unexpectedly in 2024 at the age of 43. It is his family's wish that his coaching legacy continues on. This video is a small part of that legacy. In tribute, USF established the "Amir Abdur-Rahim Student Section," and the AAC named him honorary 2025 Coach of the Year and created the Amir Abdur-Rahim Sportsmanship Award, presented annually to the men's basketball student-athlete who best exemplifies sportsmanship, fair play, and leadership.
